Don't Get Dressed in the Dark

I must admit it could be fun to get dressed in the dark. It must be a little bit exciting to not be sure what you will look like when you are done. That is of course unless you can see in the dark. Surely, from an artist’s point of view this is a wonderful thing. But from a business man’s point of view disaster would lurk around every corner.

Imagine showing up at your business meeting wearing shoes that don’t match and naughty tie you wore at your best friend’s bachelor party. Business doesn’t like unpredictability. Dressing in the dark is a sure way to add some stress in your average salaryman’s day.

On the other hand, maybe dressing in the dark is the ideal solution to those jitters you get just before Halloween. Less preparation would be required and from a fashion perspective the result is likely to be quite horrific. One can picture many straight married men looking like cross dressers on Halloween. And perhaps this wouldn’t be a bad thing from a social perspective.

What a fun holiday this would make. Once a year everyone would be expected to dress in the dark. I wonder if some people would be ashamed of their existing wardrobe and go out shopping the week before. That would surely take away from much of the fun. Maybe I’m strange, but I really would like to know what is in many stranger’s wardrobes. This is one of those things that has been hidden for too long.

It`s probably not a good idea to get dressed in the dark as you simply just don`t know what you`ll end up wearing. Most people end up wearing odd socks when they get dressed in the light so imagine the carnage of getting dressed in complete darkness? You may end up going in the wrong draw and putting on kids clothes fashion rather than your own shirt and end up looking silly!

Baby clothing is understood to mean apparel designed especially for a child but in today’s consumer world this has become a very large market filled with brand wear names as in the world of adult fashion. It is not unusual to see wealthy people go into boutiques and spend large amounts of money keeping their child up to date in the latest toddler fashion.
